About Us
Sports Gear Reload is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that collects new and gently used sports equipment from the community and redistributes it to children in need, empowering them to participate in sports and stay active. Their mission is to promote a love for sports, healthy lifestyles, and equal access to recreational activities for all children, ultimately empowering athletes through gear reuse.
Through the distribution of sports equipment, Sports Gear Reload creates a fun and interactive environment for children to engage in physical activity and learn valuable skills.
In addition to sports gear, the organization also seeks to provide educational resources related to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields, making education accessible to underserved youth.
By participating in sports and staying active, children develop important problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and resilience, which are essential for their future success.
Through the opportunity to play sports and engage in recreational activities, children are inspired to think creatively, innovate, and explore new possibilities, fostering a culture of imagination and growth.
